CompareFi Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to CompareFi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CompareFi application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

4. User Account
4.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership: CompareFi and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.

6.1 Termination by CompareFi: CompareFi may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
6.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CompareFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall CompareFi’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00).
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which CompareFi is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
CompareFi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
